Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.Please feel free to mail to: support@hymela.com if you have any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The parcel cannot be returned if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process that ensures that the product being shipped is in perfect condition.
If you wanna return it without any quality problems but just don't like it, you are required to pay a 15% restocking fee and pay the freight by yourself.

Refunds

Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instructions etc should also be included.

It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
